Call Tesla’s Customer Service Phone Number

The most direct way to get in touch with Tesla is by calling their customer service phone number. You can find the right number for your region on their website or by searching online. Once you have the number, you can call and speak directly with a customer service representative who can answer your questions and address any issues you may have.

When calling, be sure to have all the relevant information ready. This includes your order number (if applicable), VIN number, and any other details that might be helpful. The more prepared you are, the easier it will be for the customer service representative to help you.

When sending a message, be sure to include all the relevant information such as your order number (if applicable) and VIN number. Also, make sure to keep your message concise and to the point in order to maximize the chances of getting a response.

Visit Your Local Tesla Store

If you’d like to speak with someone face-to-face, you can visit your local Tesla store. You can find the nearest store by using the store locator on the Tesla website. When you arrive, you’ll be able to speak with one of the Tesla staff members who can answer any questions you may have.

Contact Tesla Through Email

If you’d prefer to contact Tesla through email, you can do so by sending an email to their customer service department. You can find the right email address by searching online. Finally, you can use Tesla’s live chat feature to get in touch with a customer service representative. To access it, simply navigate to the “Contact Us” page on the Tesla website and click the “Live Chat” button. From there, you’ll be able to type your question or comment and a customer service representative will respond in real time.

It’s important to note that the live chat feature is only available during certain hours. Be sure to check the website to make sure the live chat feature is available before trying to use it.

  1. I want to contact Tesla Support to help with my Premium Connectivity subscription. None of the methods you suggest to contact Tesla are available. There are NO phone numbers listed anywhere that I can navigate to. There are NO email addresses. There is NO live chat. All the support pages say “in your Tesla app” or “on the vehicle screen”. It is impossible to contact a person!

    2. Tom, you are absolutely correct. Tesla wants your money but does NOT want to give us Customer Service and I despise ROBOTs. I bought Tesla Solar City solar panels back in 2012 and it cost me $6000.00 and in 2021 I started trying to get in touch with Tesla Solar City. Solar City didn’t exist anymore. Today, 5 March I received an email from Tesla telling me they had lost connection with my solar monitor, and to contact them. Did they give me a phone number, NO. Did they give me an email address, NO. Their email was the typical NO Response or is that NO Reply. SO, what am I supposed to do. Their websites have numbers to call that do not reach a Living Person, just more stupid Robots. How does Tesla continue to exist????
