Jonathan,

Nice 61 Falcon! ^:: I even "personalized" the left export brace reinstalling the engine for you! I seen the post even if no one else has made a comment. You should post some before pictures of the rust issues for comparison.

Wow, that is a beautiful '61. Same colors as mine, inside and out, but in a lot nicer shape. I'm jealous.

Heh, you didn't see it before Terry got hold of it to work his magic. Like night and day.

I would have posted a few but I could only put 6 pics there. I'll just post a few in this blog then.

[ IMG ] tags are off in this forum, so I haven't been able to post pics in my blog, just links to pics in my Photobucket account.

Correct. Pictures are supposed to go in your other blog message.

David, how do we post more pictures in the other blog? When I created the post, it would allow me only 6 pictures, so I don't understand how I can post more pictures.

Jonathan,

Maybe a Project in Progress post would work?

Jonathan, the whole reason for having two Blog messages was to allow people to post Pictures and a write up about their car in one without it turning in to another DAMN CHAT thread and the pictures and writeup being lost in umpteen dozen other messages. The second was to allow people to discuss it without loosing the reason the first one was there for. I have to admit this was a really lame brain move on my part to have ever started this forum to start with. It was done mainly because the Blog add on for the forums never came about because the guy writing it got bored and dropped it.

Best I can tell everyone that ever decides they want to start their own blog in here is to just start a project in progress message because there won't be any more blog messages accepted here. You'z guys enjoy the ones you have started because there won't be any more.

David I'm sorry to have upset the applecart, that was not my intention at all. I wasn't complaining, I was just trying to ask how to go about adding more pictures. Now with your explanation, I understand the whole thing. Forget I ever asked about posting more pictures, the issue is closed.

I guess I missed the part that said blogs were for completed projects. When I read "blog" I assumed that meant for ongoing updates - i.e. a project-in-progress thread.

I find the way I access web forums has changed, and I rarely use the table-of-contents access; instead I favor the three "View ____ posts" options in the upper right, or their equivalent on the other boards I frequent.
