Just to clarify - the Pro Drag radials seem to work well, the street radials no so much. But could be different for different setups too. If I was picking a tire for a street DOT class, I'd pick the ET Streets. Best hook, least hassle IMHO.

Hoosier quick time pros seem to work well also. a friend of mine ran 10.20s on 26x9.50-15 and drove them on the street year round as well.
he got a few season's out of them, i doubt that they lasted 200 hundred passes, but he drove the car everywhere on them.

I run M/T 235 60 15's on my 65' hardtop on a 15X7 weld draglite with 4.5" backspacing and they are a nice tire.
