I haven't bought anything from them in recent years, but when I did their product was good.

I have bought several sets from them and have been very happy. However, I pick them up at shows and inspect them prior to buying them.

Their main problems seem to be in the shipping and receiving area. So picking up the pieces at a show might be best.

well......

for 8 years i had 4 spots next to bumper boyz at the englishtown nj swap meet. and for 8 years, i heard nothing but horror stories from people coming back 1 or 2 years later looking for credit, or replacement bumpers cause the plating fell off . it got so bad that 2 years ago, i asked to be moved away from them.

as a good will gesture for me putting up with them for so long, the track moved me to the entrance gate.

I shipped a set of bumpers to them from Alaska and back with no problems. Quality is good.

Once you understand they do mass work and it is up to you to pick out the best they have I've found the chrome to stand up well. I also have found their service to be fine in that they readily exchanged a bumper for me that I was not satisfied with. You won't get the quality of the higher priced shops but you do get what you pay for.

Save time and money stay away......Product does not last they are easy to deal with and have the stock but the standard is poor....2 years and you will be wishing you used someone else

I used this guy 3 times the best.... 10 years on one set and look like they did day one (Been doing business since 1952)

I was ripped off bad by bumper boyz the first bumper was peeling after 3 months, the edges were turning yellow I had 2 spaces at Englishtown, took off the bumper and brought it to them .. they gave me another bumper took it home and noticed the back of the bumper was sprayed with grey paint !! They completely sprayed the back right over tons of rust ! I was ticked off, after taking off the bumper twice now! I took a wire brush and cleaned off the rust off with wire brushes and scrapers ! I sprayed the back with NAPA"s rust preventive spray .. then I clear coated the back !! Well we were getting the grill and brackets on . and I was in for another nice surprise. The Bums had cut off the right side mounting bracket with a torch! I called BOB at Bumper Bums and he says ..Oh just bring it back and I'll give you another one. I said I don't want any more bumpers from you ,I want my money back . He says he can't give me a refund. He's willing to give me another bumper...but now he wants me to drive 3 hours way out to Caryle, Pa I said I want my money back.. I filed a complaint with my credit card company.. and I lost !! They sided with him, cause he was willing to give me another bumper!! These guys are ripping everyone off I run into ! Do not buy a thing from them The chrome doesn't last!! They are eliminating the last process of re-chroming.. they don't put on the copper process !

Now I heard they spray the bumpers with water..and the chrome is sprayed on, never heard of this process before. A friend said he saw a video of them spraying chrome on ?? This explains why the backs of their bumpers are all rusted out ..all they do is cover the rust up with grey paint !
